You can book us for a party. Eighteen seats inside, forty more on the patio, and the ice cream is made in house, in the same building your guests are standing in.

About our little place
It's what's on the inside that counts.
Parker's sits in the City of Fair Oaks Ranch, a small but growing community that started out as Ralph E. Fair's 5,000 acre Fair Oaks Ranch. Parcels began selling off for development through the 1960s and 70s, and the city was formally established on January 21, 1988.
We are glad to be part of it. Everything here is made in house, in small batches, with milk and cream from Texas dairies. We use plant-based food coloring and all-natural flavor extracts, because the point was never to make something that keeps forever. It was to make something worth walking in for.

I have driven by this place many times and finally stopped in last night. Wow! Can't believe what I've been missing. They make the ice cream and have a bar as well. … Everything was so delicious. I had peanut butter ice cream which is infused with peanut butter whiskey. Yum!! We'll be back to try more flavors. My only regret is not stopping in sooner.
I love that they make everything with all natural ingredients, and it tastes better than normal ice cream! There is also flavors with a bit of alcohol mixed in which is fun.
